In 2019, we met a client who told us he was building a hotel and needed us to do a simple design and quote based on his list. At the customer's sincere request, we accepted the customer's request, made a set of simple hotel signage engineering design drawings for him for free, and made a quotation, but after the quotation, the customer did not have any news.
Later the client emailed us that his hotel was closed due to financial problems, took pictures of their unfinished hotel, and promised that if the hotel was completed, he would place an order for us as soon as possible.
After 3 years, although we regularly send this customer some holiday greetings, we don't think the customer will be able to place an order for us anymore. But on March 14, 2022, the customer suddenly contacted us to confirm the size of his first batch of outdoor luminous characters, and placed the first order on March 15.
Today, we have packed the first batch of outdoor luminous characters for our customers, and we are about to complete the first order. We look forward to an early order for the second batch of signage products.
